Why I built it

One short affiliate video means repeating the same chores: collecting product details, writing prompts that keep the same character, chaining two clips so the scene does not jump, merging them, and writing a caption with the right disclosures. I built a studio that handles everything before and after the AI video generation, so the only manual step left is generating the clips.

What I built

1

Character library

Reusable AI characters, each with a fixed visual description and a master sheet that keeps the same face and style across every video.

2

Product capture

A bookmark and a Chrome extension save the name, price, colors, sizes, and photos from a Shopee page in one click. Shopee blocks server-side fetching, so the capture has to run in a real browser.

3

Prompt builder

Three style presets (natural UGC, studio pose, mirror selfie) fill clip prompts from the character, product, color, and outfit. Rules such as 9:16, 8 seconds, and no on-screen text are built in.

4

Caption and disclosure

Captions include product points, a “check the latest price” note, an affiliate mark, hashtags, and a reminder to switch on the AI-content label.

5

Clip pipeline

The studio imports the downloaded clip, extracts its last frame to start the next clip, and merges both into one 16-second file with ffmpeg.

6

Project tracking

Each project moves through clear statuses, from prompt ready to done, with credits counted, and ends in a folder with the final video, caption, hashtags, and prompts.

Guardrails

No auto-posting

The system stops once the content is ready. Posting is always a manual, approved step.

Humans handle login

Sign-in and CAPTCHA are done by the account owner. Credit checks and one paid job at a time protect the account.

Honest labeling

All character content is AI-generated and labeled as AI when posted, with affiliate disclosure.

How it works

  1. 1 · Capture

Save the product from a Shopee page.

  2. 2 · Create the project

Pick a color, a style, and describe the outfit.

  3. 3 · Generate prompts

Clip 1, clip 2, and the caption are built automatically.

  4. 4 · Clip 1

Generate in Google Flow with the master sheet, then import it; the last frame is extracted.

  5. 5 · Clip 2

Generate from that frame so the background stays the same, then import it.

  6. 6 · Merge and export

Both clips are merged to 16 seconds and exported with the caption.

What testing taught me

Natural, handheld, real-location shots with one small action per clip gave the best results, so that became the default preset. Starting clip 2 exactly from the first clip’s last frame keeps the scene from changing.

  • Status: in development. Video generation itself happens in Google Flow with a subscription; the studio handles the steps before and after.
  • All characters shown are AI-generated and labeled as AI when posted. Screenshots use development data, and product photos belong to their sellers.
  • The app is built together with AI coding assistants (Claude Code and Codex).
